Consumer Financing Disclosures

Missouri American Financial — Consumer Financing Disclosure Agreement. By applying for financing, accepting financing, electronically signing documents, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclosures, terms, and authorizations.

2. Financing Products

Missouri American Financial may offer financing products including but not limited to:

  • Personal installment loans
  • Lines of credit
  • Retail purchase financing
  • Point-of-sale consumer financing
  • Auto and recreational vehicle financing
  • Merchant-partner financing programs

All financing products are subject to credit approval, underwriting review, state law limitations, and applicable program requirements.

3. Credit Authorization

By submitting an application or requesting financing, you authorize Missouri American Financial and its service providers, lending partners, assignees, and affiliates to:

  • Obtain consumer credit reports
  • Verify employment and income
  • Confirm banking information
  • Verify identity and residency
  • Obtain alternative consumer reports
  • Reverify your information at any time during the application, underwriting, servicing, or collection process

You understand that credit inquiries may appear on your consumer credit report.

4. Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

You consent to receive disclosures, agreements, notices, statements, payment reminders, and other communications electronically, including through:

  • Email
  • SMS/text message
  • Electronic signature platforms
  • Online account portals

You acknowledge that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.

You may withdraw electronic consent by contacting us in writing; however, withdrawal may limit your ability to obtain or maintain financing services.

5. TCPA & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number(s), you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from Missouri American Financial, its agents, affiliates, and service providers regarding:

  • Loan applications
  • Account servicing
  • Payment reminders
  • Collections
  • Marketing offers
  • Customer support

These communications may use automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS/text messaging technology.

Consent is not required as a condition of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP.

6. Privacy Disclosure

Missouri American Financial may collect personal information including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of birth
  • Employment information
  • Banking information
  • Credit information
  • Payment history

We may share information as permitted by law with credit bureaus, financial institutions, service providers, payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, and government agencies when required.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information.

7. Payment Authorization

If you authorize automatic payments, you authorize Missouri American Financial to initiate recurring ACH debits or credits to your designated bank account for amounts due under your financing agreement.

You agree to maintain sufficient funds in your account. Returned payments, failed ACH transactions, or late payments may result in additional fees where permitted by law.

8. No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Approval decisions are based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • Creditworthiness
  • Income
  • Debt obligations
  • Identity verification
  • Collateral valuation
  • Fraud screening
  • State eligibility requirements

Loan amounts, APRs, repayment terms, and conditions may vary.

9. Important Consumer Disclosures

You should carefully review all financing documents before signing. You are encouraged to:

  • Compare financing options
  • Review payment obligations
  • Understand total repayment costs
  • Seek independent financial or legal advice if needed

Late payments may negatively affect your credit profile and ability to obtain future financing. Default may result in collection activity, additional fees, vehicle repossession (where applicable), legal action, and credit reporting.

10. Credit Reporting

Missouri American Financial may furnish information regarding your account to consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, defaults, settlements, and payoff activity may be reported.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any claim or dispute arising from your application, financing agreement, servicing, or relationship with Missouri American Financial may, at the Company's election, be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court litigation, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. State Law Disclosures

Certain financing products may not be available in all states. Additional state-specific disclosures, notices, and borrower protections may apply depending on your state of residence and financing type.

13. Acknowledgment

By signing, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Disclosure Agreement
  • You authorize Missouri American Financial to process your application
  • You consent to electronic communications
  • You acknowledge receipt of required disclosures
  • All information submitted is true and accurate
